Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible under § 7 (1) DDG for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. Under §§ 8–10 DDG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

Our offering may contain links to external third-party websites whose content we have no control over. We therefore cannot assume any liability for such third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked sites is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking.
